`GET /v1/exports/placements/{watchId}/record`

Requires exports:create and watches:read. Freeze one retained placement chronology, loading at most maxPages (default 20, maximum 50) with 100 rows per page. Inspect gaps, coverage and pagination.complete; reaching the page bound leaves partial history. It starts no verification or provider job.
