`POST /v1/commands/invite_member`

## Request body

- InviteMemberInput
  - `email` string, required: Email address to bind an invitation to; AgentLinkOps does not send the invitation.
  - `role` 'admin' | 'member' | 'viewer': Workspace access role; cannot exceed the acting member’s authority.
  - `projectIds` string[]: Accessible project IDs. Where nullable, null grants all projects.

Command result, including queued admission.

  - `state` string, required: Saved lifecycle or evidence state, as enumerated for this record.
  - `token` string: Invitation token returned only at creation. The accepting account must have the matching verified email.

## Other responses

- `429`: Request-rate or usage refusal. Inspect error.code and recovery details before retrying.
- `default`: Error envelope. Non-configuration 5xx messages are masked and details omitted; allowlisted configuration errors retain static operator recovery.
