Authenticated command index grouped by toolset (name and summary per toolset). Each command lists its name, read or write, a short summary, scopes and scope authorization, plus tier (core only), aliases, confirmation class and availability only when they apply. ?include=schemas returns the full definitions with input and output schemas; any other query parameter is refused.

Authenticated command index grouped by toolset (name and summary per toolset).
