  - `url` string, required: HTTPS URL receiving the agent's events as signed JSON POSTs
  - `secret` string, nullable: HMAC signing secret (auto-generated if omitted)
  - `signature_header` string, nullable: HMAC header name (default 'X-Webhook-Signature')
