# Fast-path trust gate for an agent

`GET /v1/trust/{agentId}/check`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://agentlair.dev`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - none

Returns a lightweight trust check result (atfLevel + meetsMinimum bool). Designed for enforcement gates that need a fast pass/fail without the full score breakdown.

## Response `200`

Trust gate result

- object
  - `agentId` string, required
  - `meetsMinimum` boolean, required: Whether agent meets the requested minimum level
  - `score` integer, required: Current trust score (0-1000)
  - `tier` 'untrusted' | 'provisional' | 'trusted' | 'verified', required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid agent ID or parameters
- `402`: Payment required (anonymous access — pay 0.01 USDC via x402). The same payment authorizes all three trust-query routes: /v1/trust/{agentId}, /v1/trust/{agentId}/check, /v1/trust/score — `resource` is the broader product URL (/v1/trust) by design.
- `404`: Agent not found
