Regenerate the logged-in provider's own API secret.

Self-service recovery for a lost/compromised secret. The key_id is kept;
only the secret is rotated, so the old secret stops working immediately.
The new secret is shown once. Email credential re-issuance is deliberately
NOT offered — rotation is only possible from an authenticated verified
session, to block impersonation / account-takeover attempts.
