# Dispute your product's published result (a verified claim on its domain, else 403 claim_not_verified). A case opens; while no dispute re-drive of the product ran in the last 30 days, a confirm re-drive of the agent's path is queued (its result shows on the listing once reviewed). The answer comes in writing

## Request body

  - `product` string, required: Your product's domain or directory slug
  - `checkpoint` 'docs' | 'signup' | 'verify' | 'credentials' | 'first_call' | 'first_action' | 'pay' | 'cancel' | 'delete', required
  - `claim` string, required
  - `evidence_url` string: A public page that shows it (kept on the case, never fetched automatically)

  - `redrive` object, nullable: A dispute's confirm re-drive: queued (state, queued_at) or why not
