`POST /api/claims/{id}/fixed`

  - `domain` string
  - `slug` string, nullable: The listed product, or null when it has no result yet
  - `available` boolean
  - `used` integer: Free re-checks in the last 12 months
  - `per_year` integer
  - `next_free_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `queued` boolean: A drive of it waits or runs
  - `job` string

## Other responses

- `403`: claim_not_verified
- `404`: Error as problem details (RFC 9457) with a machine-readable `error` and a `fix` that says what to do next
- `409`: not_listed (no result in the directory yet: an Audit drives it first), drive_waiting (a drive of it waits or runs), recheck_used (the free re-checks of 12 months are used: next_free_at says when), drive_stopped (your stop holds our drives: lift it first)
