`GET /v1/webhooks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentboxd.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns `secret_hint`, never the secret, and `stats`: `deliveries_24h`, `failed_24h`, `error_rate_24h`, `last_success_at`, `last_failure_at`.

Permission: `webhooks:manage`.
