No key. `{ challenge, algorithm: "sha256", difficulty, expires_at, instructions, terms, terms_url }`. Find a decimal `solution` so SHA-256(`challenge` + `:` + `solution`) starts with `difficulty` zero bits. A challenge is valid 10 minutes and works once.
