# Get an inbox’s on-call settings

`GET /v1/inboxes/{id}/escalation`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

`{ override, contacts, triggers }`: the inbox’s own on-call people and triggers (`triggers: null` = the workspace’s). Needs `escalation:manage`; an inbox-scoped key may manage its own inbox.

Permission: `escalation:manage`.
