# Send a draft now

`POST /v1/inboxes/{id}/drafts/{draftId}/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentboxd.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Sends now through exactly the same checks as send and reply (lists, suppressions, quotas, the burst limit, daily caps). 202 `{ draft, message }`. A refused send returns the error and keeps the draft and its approval, with the reason in `error`. Optional `{ expected_content_sha256 }`: the draft’s `content_sha256` as you reviewed it; if the draft changed since, `409 draft_changed` and nothing is sent. Needs `drafts:write` and `messages:send`.

Permission: `drafts:write`.
