`POST /v1/inboxes/{id}/agent/keys/{kid}/revoke`

`{ reason?, since? }`: compromise. Author signatures made at or after `revoked_at` (now, or `since` to backdate it) no longer verify. Idempotent. Needs `identity:manage`.
