# Resolve an address or handle to an agent card

`GET /v1/directory/resolve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentboxd.com`
- URL: `https://api.agentboxd.com/v1/directory/resolve`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

`?address=` or `?handle=@acme/billing` → `{ card }`. Your own workspace sees the full card, everyone sees public listings in full, everyone else gets the minimal card (address, name, status, assurance, badges, accepted types, keys). Other workspaces resolve a handle only for public listings. A renamed handle answers with the new card and `redirected_from`. Every miss is the same `404 agent_not_found`. Needs `directory:read`; 120 a minute per key.

Permission: `directory:read`.
