Resolve a wallet address to an entity and return its trust data.

Part of the insumer multi-attestation WG unified query interface.
Each issuer accepts ``?wallet=&chain=`` for cross-provider lookup.

If no entity maps to the wallet, returns ``found: false``.
If the entity has a linked GitHub repo, triggers a scan.
