# Webhook Subscribe

`POST /api/v1/gateway/webhook/subscribe`

## Request

Register an outbound webhook for scan-score-change notifications.

When the security scan score changes for the specified repo, AgentAvow
will POST a signed payload to the callback URL containing:
``{repo, new_score, old_score, changed_at, jws}``.

- WebhookSubscribeRequest: Subscribe to outbound scan-change notifications for a repo.
