# Gateway Re Verify

`POST /api/v1/gateway/re-verify`

## Request

Mutation-boundary re-check — 6th gate per SINT conformance model.

Consumer calls this *immediately before* a mutation to confirm the
previously-issued trust decision still holds at the enforcement point.
Lightweight by design: reads only cached scan state, never triggers
a fresh scan.

Verdict TTL scales with action_class:
  - irreversible: 30s
  - compensable:  120s
  - reversible:   300s

Response is ``Cache-Control: no-store`` — verdicts never cache downstream.

## Request body

- ReverifyRequest: Pre-mutation re-verification request. Called by the mutation executor immediately before performing an irreversible / compensable / reversible action to confirm trust still holds at the mutation boundary.
