`GET /api/v1/admin/email-stats`

## Request

Quick email verification health overview. Admin only.

Returns:
- unverified_count: active entities with email_verified=False
- registered_last_24h: entities created in the last 24 hours
- verified_last_24h: entities that verified their email in the last 24 hours

- `x-api-key` string, nullable
