`POST /api/v1/account/github-app/claim-repo`

## Request

Claim ONE repo the owner reaches through a connected App installation. The
install proves ownership, so we verify-claim it immediately (fast → shows in
'Your repos' now) and scan it in the background (result populates shortly).
