The registry fetches this file to verify we control agentavow.com, then
challenges us to sign a nonce with the private key matching the published
Ed25519 public key. On success it grants the ``com.agentavow/*`` namespace.
Format: ``v=MCPv1; k=ed25519; p=<base64 public key>``.
