  - `registry_type` string, required — Entity type: 'mcp_servers' or 'skills'
  - `source_type` string, required — Fetch method: 'url', 'github', or 'api'
  - `source_url` string, required — URL to the registry source (JSON or YAML)
  - `sync_mode` string — 'auto' or 'manual'
