# Download the receipt PDF

`GET /gateway/invoices/{invoiceId}/receipt`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentaos.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.agentaos.ai/api/v1/gateway/invoices/{invoiceId}/receipt`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Same document family as the invoice PDF, but titled as a receipt with its own receipt number, for a **paid** invoice. Falls back to the plain invoice PDF (still valid proof of payment) for invoices issued before receipts existed on your account, rather than `404`ing.

## Path parameters

- `invoiceId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

The receipt PDF (or the invoice PDF, on fallback).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid `x-api-key`.
- `403`: The key is valid but the resource belongs to a different organization.
- `404`: Resource not found (or not visible to your key; the two are not distinguished).
