# Cancel Connect Attempt

`DELETE /gateways/mcps/endpoints/{endpoint_id}/connect/attempts/{attempt_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/gateways/mcps/endpoints/{endpoint_id}/connect/attempts/{attempt_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Cancel one pending consent attempt. Its callback then writes nothing.

Idempotent: an attempt already settled, cancelled or swept is left as it is.
