# Discover Channel Spaces

`POST /channels/spaces/discover`

## Request body

- ChannelSpaceDiscoverRequest — No core DTO either: `discover_spaces` persists nothing, so its only input is the connection to ask.
  - `connection_id` string, uuid, required

    - `external_locator` object, required
    - `display_name` string, nullable
    - `is_configured` boolean
    - `external_key` string, uuid, nullable
    - `membership` 'member' | 'joinable' | 'invite_required' — Whether the bot is in a discovered space, and if not, who can put it there. Unset where the platform reports no membership.
