# Read Embed Conversation

`GET /channels/embed/{embed_id}/conversations/{thread_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/channels/embed/{embed_id}/conversations/{thread_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Successful Response

- EmbedConversationResponse: The session's records, which the widget renders as the chat does, the thread's open choice, whose tokens an approval answer must carry, and how many of the conversation's messages got no turn (refused, or failed to start), which the session's records cannot show.
