常驻 SSE 通道：服务端把本 (user, space) 的主动推送（如到点的延后跟进）实时下发给网页。

前端用 fetch 读取器带 bearer/X-Space-Id 打开（EventSource 不能带 header）。按配置周期性 ping 保活。
