长文写作看板。`user_id` / `space_id` 一给，就是"**这个人**写的那些"。

**同一个接口，两种用法**（同 `manage/monitors.py`）：全租户的看板，以及用户详情页
里的那一块。再开一个端点的话，两处的字段迟早会不一样。
