  - `UserID` integer: The user ID
  - `Name` string: The user's name
  - `Username` string: The username used for authentication
  - `Password` string: Never Returned. Required when creating a new user or updating a user. When changing a user's password this field must contain the current password.
  - `ChangePassword` string: Never Returned. When changing a user's password, this field must contain the new password.
  - `Email` string: The user's email address
