# Update a Release

`PUT /api/v2/Releases/{releaseId}`

Updates a Release.  The body of the PUT is the updated Release.  
            When successful, the response is empty.  If unsuccessful, an appropriate ApiError is returned.

- `releaseId` integer, required

- ContentSubmissionSharedBusinessEntitiesRelease: Release class
  - `ReleaseID` integer: Release ID
  - `ReleaseNumber` string: Release Number
  - `BuildDate` string, date-time: Build Date
  - `ReleaseDate` string, date-time: Release Date
  - `Visible` boolean: Visible
  - `BundleIDs` string[]: IDs of AUC Bundles associated with this Release.

## Response `204`
