Two consequences worth stating: the next SCHEDULED scan runs at full depth instead of probe-skipping, and the week-over-week trend re-baselines because the question set changed. 10 to 200 characters, deduplicated ignoring case and punctuation, up to the included 50.

## Other responses

- `400`: The question is shorter than 10 or longer than 200 characters.
- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked API key.
- `403`: The key does not carry the scope this endpoint requires.
- `409`: Already tracked, the set is full at 15, or this product run has no scanned questions to curate from yet.
- `429`: Too many tracked-question changes for this product run. Honour Retry-After.
