# METERED: approve one drafted output for dispatch (the in-app Post now). Scope 'egress'; Founder tier; credits metered with the output id as the idempotency ref; at-most-once egress by atomic claim.

`POST /api/v1/outputs/{id}/approve`

## Response `200`

Dispatched; external_ref carries the posted URL when the platform returns one.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked API key.
- `402`: Not enough credits (once credit metering is live). The error carries an upgrade pointer (top-up + create_checkout).
- `403`: The key does not carry the scope this endpoint requires.
- `404`: Not found.
- `409`: Not pending review, or the dispatch failed cleanly (no charge kept).
- `429`: Per-key rate limit exceeded. Honour Retry-After.
