  - `operation` 'accept' | 'retry': Retry requires expected_attempt_id; use null only with the exact legacy state and updated_at.
  - `target` 'agent_pull' | 'share' | 'open' | 'claude_cloud' | 'cursor' | 'codex', required
  - `expected_attempt_id` string, uuid, nullable: Required for retry. Pass the exact managed attempt, or null for a legacy job.
  - `expected_legacy_state` string, nullable: get_move: prepared_result.legacy_state ?? state.
  - `expected_legacy_updated_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `note` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Committed acceptance or unchanged replay. The job carries its exact attempt_id.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked API key.
- `403`: The key does not carry the scope this endpoint requires.
- `404`: Unknown or cross-tenant move.
- `409`: Stale attempt, illegal transition, or lifecycle migration unavailable.
- `429`: Per-key rate limit exceeded. Honour Retry-After.
