The provisioned loops and the runnable loop types.

      - `autonomy` string: Resolved autonomy rung: review, one_click or autonomous.

    - `runnable_loop_types` string[]: The loop types run_loop accepts (types with an on-demand generate event).

    - `generated_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked API key.
- `403`: The key does not carry the scope this endpoint requires.
- `429`: Per-key rate limit exceeded. Honour Retry-After.
