Export a line chart as SVG with a provenance watermark burned in.

The bottom of the image carries ``Retrieved <ISO-8601 UTC>``,
up to two ``run_id`` and transformation-hash values, and the
verify-endpoint URL. Anyone
with the image (embedded on a blog, dropped into a PDF, screenshot
in a paper) can trace the data back to its source without needing
a companion citation.

SVG-only (no PNG rasterization) — kept dependency-light. Renders in
every browser, prints crisp at any zoom, and downstream users can
convert to PNG with any headless renderer.
