`POST /api/v1/tools/update_project`

## Request

Product summary, market, marketing domain, Google Play link, re-scan cadence and notification emails; fields you leave out keep their value. A changed summary re-grades every graded creator against it (no scan, nothing spent), as saving it in the dashboard does; the response says how many. The market applies from the next scan.

## Request body

- object
  - `app_id` string, uuid: Project id from list_apps. Omit to use your most recently added project.
  - `summary` string: What the product does and who it is for.
  - `market` 'United States' | 'United Kingdom' | 'Canada' | 'Australia' | 'Germany' | 'Spain' | 'France': The country every creator and web search runs in.
  - `marketing_domain` string, nullable: The product's own website, like yourapp.com; live email goes out from an address on it. null unlinks.
  - `play_store_url` string: Google Play listing. Empty clears it.
  - `rescan` 'weekly' | 'fortnightly' | 'off': Automated re-scans (Sundays, early UTC).
  - `scan_results_email` boolean: One email when a full scan finishes.
  - `weekly_digest` boolean: The weekly digest email.
  - `digest_day` integer: 0 = Sunday.
  - `digest_hour` integer: Hour of the day in digest_timezone.
  - `digest_timezone` string
  - `confirm` boolean: Set true after the user confirmed an action the guard flagged as hard to undo.

The tool's JSON result (same payload the MCP tool returns).

- `400`: Arguments failed validation; body lists the issues.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Guarded tool with Unrestricted MCP off.
- `429`: Rate limited (60 requests per minute per key).
