`POST /api/v1/tools/set_website_note`

## Request

Attach or replace your private note on a site (max 4000 chars). Empty string clears it.

## Request body

  - `site_id` string, uuid, required: A site id from list_websites.
  - `note` string, required
  - `confirm` boolean: Set true after the user confirmed an action the guard flagged as hard to undo.

The tool's JSON result (same payload the MCP tool returns).

- `400`: Arguments failed validation; body lists the issues.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Guarded tool with Unrestricted MCP off.
- `429`: Rate limited (60 requests per minute per key).
