# Mint a sign-in link

`POST /v1/partners/{id}/sso`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.affiliaterail.com`
- URL: `https://api.affiliaterail.com/v1/partners/{id}/sso`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

A single-use magic link that signs the partner straight into their portal. Fifteen-minute life. Drop it into your own emails or app. Needs the umbrella `write` scope: a sign-in link is a session on the partner's portal, not a partner record, so no narrower scope hands one out.

**Scope:** `write`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Prefixed id (`part_…`)

## Request body

- object
  - `ttl_seconds` integer

## Response `201`

- MagicLink
  - `object` 'magic_link', required
  - `partner_id` string, required: Prefixed id (`part_…`)
  - `url` string, uri, required
  - `expires_at` string, date-time, required: ISO-8601, UTC

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request
- `401`: Missing or unknown API key
- `403`: Key lacks the required scope
- `404`: No such object in your organization
- `422`: The request was understood and refused
- `429`: Rate limited: see Retry-After
- `501`: Magic links are not available yet
