  - `payable` boolean — Payable
  - `kind` 'basic' | 'generalized'
  - `contract_id` string — Base58Check encoded tagged pubkey
  - `auth_fun` string — Name of authorization function for generalized account

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid public key
- `404` — Account not found
