# Get PCI questionnaire details

`GET /legalEntities/{id}/pciQuestionnaires`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://kyc-test.adyen.com/lem/v1`
- URL: `https://kyc-test.adyen.com/lem/v1/legalEntities/{id}/pciQuestionnaires`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Get a list of signed PCI questionnaires.

Requests to this endpoint are subject to rate limits:

- Live environments: 700 requests per 5 seconds.

- Test environments: 200 requests per 5 seconds.

- Failed requests are subject to a limit of 5 failures per 10 seconds.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

OK - the request has succeeded.

- GetPciQuestionnaireInfosResponse
  - `data` PciDocumentInfo[]: Information about the signed PCI questionnaires.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: The date the questionnaire was created, in ISO 8601 extended format. For example, 2022-12-18T10:15:30+01:00
    - `id` string: The unique identifier of the signed questionnaire.
    - `validUntil` string, date-time: The expiration date of the questionnaire, in ISO 8601 extended format. For example, 2022-12-18T10:15:30+01:00

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - a problem reading or understanding the request.
- `401`: Unauthorized - authentication required.
- `403`: Forbidden - insufficient permissions to process the request.
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - a request validation error.
- `500`: Internal Server Error - the server could not process the request.
