# Set Extra Seats

`PUT /api/team/seats`

## Request

Set how many extra seats the subscription carries.

Raising adds seats to the live subscription and Stripe charges the
prorated amount now. Lowering takes seats off and Stripe credits the
unused time on the next invoice. Seats in use cannot be taken off.
