# Approve Recommendation

`POST /api/recommendations/{rec_id}/approve`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Approve one STAGED recommendation (engine T7). Approval alone still
executes nothing — the executor re-checks every hard gate at execute
time. An expired/rejected/executed/approved rec answers 409.
