The whole Overview in one consistent read (CONTRACT-OVERVIEW-V2).

Stored data only: this route triggers no provider request, no discovery and
no job. Three separate GETs could not stay coherent while accounts publish
independently; one bundle can.

- `contract_version` integer: Wire contract version; only 2 is served here.
- `platform` string, nullable
- `accountId` string, nullable
