`POST /api/insights/activity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.advisorppc.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Record a visible viewer's activity using Postgres only.

Acknowledgement never means a provider was contacted or source data became
fresh. Cookie/CORS authentication is the same as the other app routes;
an explicitly untrusted browser origin cannot mutate this lease.

- `X-Tenant-Id` integer, nullable

## Request body

- ReportingActivityRequestIn: Only the displayed revision is client input; policy and time are server-owned.
  - `scope_revision` string, required
