`GET /api/auth/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.advisorppc.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return the minimal actor and active-workspace capability DTO.

Clients use this only to hide controls that are guaranteed to fail. Every
mutation still enforces its own backend role dependency, so this display
metadata never becomes an authorization boundary.
