`GET /api/v1/campaigns/live`

Get live campaigns directly from connected ad platforms.

Accepts account IDs directly — no DB lookup needed.

## Query parameters

- `google_customer_id` string, nullable: Google Ads customer ID to fetch campaigns for
- `meta_ad_account_id` string, nullable: Meta ad account ID to fetch campaigns for
