`POST /api/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/update-live`

Args:
    campaign_id: Local DB ID or platform-specific campaign ID
    updates: Fields to update (name, budget, bidding_strategy)
    platform: Optional - "google" or "meta". Required when using platform-specific IDs.
