# Cancel an imported payment

`DELETE /payments/{paymentId}`

Cancel an imported payment for a payment request.

## Path parameters

- `paymentId` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

Payment successfully cancelled.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `404`: The payment does not exist or can't be cancelled.
- `500`: The server could not process the request.
