# Retrieve the account codes for invoice line items

`GET /catalogs/invoice/account_codes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.adfin.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.adfin.com/api/catalogs/invoice/account_codes`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.staging.adfin.com/api/oauth2/token`
  - OAuth 2

Lists the sales account codes of the biller's connected accounting platform. Send an item's id as `accountCodeId` on an invoice line item.

## Response `200`

The request has succeeded and has resulted in a list of account code options

- GetAccountCodeCatalogueResponse
  - `items` AccountCodeCatalogueResponse[]: The list of account codes
    - `id` string, uuid: The id of the account code. Send it as `accountCodeId` on an invoice line item.
    - `name` string: The name of the account in the accounting platform.
    - `code` string: The account code in the accounting platform, for example 200.
    - `isDefault` boolean: Boolean flag specifying if the entry is the default account code to be used for new line items.
    - `creationTime` string, date-time: Creation time of the entry

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `500`: The server could not process the request.
