# Get agent refresh status

`GET /api/registry/agents/{encodedUrl}/refreshes/{operationId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://agenticadvertising.org`
- URL: `https://agenticadvertising.org/api/registry/agents/{encodedUrl}/refreshes/{operationId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://agenticadvertising.org/authorize`
    - Token URL: `https://agenticadvertising.org/token`

Returns the durable lifecycle and, after success, the same snapshot result as the synchronous refresh response. The selected owner organization or a current registry administrator may read the operation. Poll no more frequently than the Retry-After value.

- `503`: Refresh status or administrator authorization temporarily unavailable
