# Get custom target request

`GET /api/v1/targets/request-custom/{request_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://devs.adaptyvbio.com`
- URL: `https://devs.adaptyvbio.com/api/v1/targets/request-custom/{request_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieves full details of a custom target request, including sequence data,
PDB information, and metadata. Returns 404 if the request doesn't exist
or belongs to a different organization.

Custom target request details

- CustomTargetRequestInfo: Full details of a custom target request. Includes all submitted data: sequence, PDB information, and metadata.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 timestamp when the request was created
  - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the request
  - `material_id` string, nullable: Material ID if the request was approved and linked
  - `molecular_weight` number, double, nullable: Molecular weight in kDa if provided
  - `name` string, required: Display name of the target
  - `note` string, nullable: User notes
  - `pdb_file` string, nullable: Base64-encoded PDB file if provided
  - `pdb_id` string, nullable: PDB database identifier if provided
  - `product_id` string, required: User-provided product identifier
  - `product_url` string, nullable: Vendor product URL
  - `sequence` string, nullable: Amino acid sequence if provided
  - `status` 'pending_review' | 'approved' | 'rejected', required: Review status for custom target requests.
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 timestamp when the request was last updated
  - `vendor` string, nullable: Vendor name

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid or missing authentication token
- `403`: Insufficient permissions
- `404`: Request not found
- `500`: Internal server error
